Our standard deliveries are sent via Royal Mail 48.

We offer free delivery on all orders over GBP£80.00 (please select this option at the checkout).

For Next Day Deliveries we use Royal Mail 24 service. Royal Mail AIM to deliver the item within 24 hours of them receiving it.

Orders are expected to get to you within 3-5 working days of your order being despatched. We aim to despatch all orders within 2-3 days from the order date.

Please note that working days do not include Weekends or Bank Holidays. As we use a signed for service, please choose an address with persons present during the day.

If the customer chooses to have their order shipped to a shared address such as a business or university, it is the customers responsibility to ensure the parcel is signed for by the customer.

If this is signed for a third party or another name/person at the delivery address, it is up to the customer to investigate. As per our couriers’ policy we cannot claim for an item that has been signed for at the delivery address.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

Order before 1pm the day before for a 24 hour service. If you order after 1pm, then your order will be dispatched the next working day.

Our 24 hour delivery service is not available on weekends.

Order before 1pm on Friday to receive your order on Monday. If you order after 1pm on Friday, your order will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

EU/REST OF WORLD

Please understand that there may be some delays due to the recent outbreak of COVID-19 in certain countries and that we are trying our hardest to make sure all orders arrive promptly.

We post all International Deliveries via DHL International Tracked service. It can take up to 48 hours to process and prepare an items for international delivery.

Please note that International orders will take up to 5-10 working days, however items can be held up at customs for an additional 7-14 days.

Please note that DHL can ship express to most EU countries overnight so there may be an additional 1 day added to your package. 

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Please note that recipients outside the EU will be responsible for any IMPORT DUTIES, CLEARANCE FEES or BROKERAGE fees including any other additional charges. We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.

Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared.

We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
